I’m a Coach.
I help first-time Executive & Leadership Teams navigate firsts as the company scales.
There comes a time to formalise the Exec & Leadership teams to create the right structure to manage a larger org.
I’ve been a leader and exec going through those transitions in a startup with over $100m in funding so understand some of the challenges from the other side.
Things evolve organically for a time but there comes a point where that approach simply won’t scale in line with the needs of the business.
This transition poses a lot of challenges from understanding the role of the team and getting clear on how the team makes decisions; to ensuring the individuals involved are being good team players.

How does it work?
Each engagement is co-designed with the team in question, but a comprehensive approach here might involve:
I typically team up with fellow partners at Evolution to ensure that each Exec or Leader is matched with the best coach for them.
We combine that with group coaching sessions on specific topics e.g. feedback, conflict, conscious leadership etc.
Sessions or an offsite to establish a clear team mission, culture and processes.
Facilitation and observation of team meetings to see what happens in the wild.
My style of coaching is holistic and informed by my own experience as a product exec in high-growth startups; coach training in areas of neuroscience, behaviour change, therapy and organisational systems; years of teaching yoga and meditation; and first hand experience of coaching a diverse portfolio of founders, leaders and teams.
